Vegetarian Molasses Bar

For those who love the sweet taste and want to avoid sugar here ‘s an easy and delicious recipe.



2 apples

2 teaspoon almond milk

1 cup oat

1 cup rye or whole weat flour

4 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup molasses

2 eggs

1 cup walnuts

1-Grate the apples with their shells , add into the oat , cinnamon ,walnuts and mix them well.

2-In another container , mix the eggs , oil and molasses.

Add the mixture 1 and 2 with the flour and stir them well.

Cook in oven ,180 degrees  for 40 minutes
