Roasted Curry Chickpeas Snack



  • 3 cups cooked- boiled chickpeas
  • 2 TB olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground curry
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbs turmeric
  • 1/4 tbs garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2-1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


Preheat the oven to 200 C°. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, curry,turmeric,cumin ,garlic powder, cayenne pepper and sea salt. Coat evenly. Spread chickpeas in an even layer on baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, until crisp. Enjoy!
