Quinoa Salad 2


2 cups quinoa, cooked

1/2 cups oil

1 tsp cumin powder

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 clove of garlic (optional)

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

350 gr. Black beans, boiled

6 fresh green onions

Coriander, chopped

1 red pepper, chopped

Mix oil, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, salt and cayenne together in a large bowl. Add black beans and vegetables. Add the quinoa, mix them very well with dressing.
