Quinoa Porridge



  • 1/3 cup quinoa
  • 1/4 apple, chopped ( you can use also pear , quince or both )
  • 1 tbsp raisin
  • 1 tbsp Almond or coconut butter
  • 3/4 cup cup of coconut -almond or classic milk
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • you can add some almond pieces
  1. Add the quinoa, chopped apple,  raisins,  butter, milk, cardamom and  cinnamon to a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook the quinoa according to manufacturers directions (using milk, instead of water).

    This dish can be enjoyed warm or even cold the next day.

    This is my favorite breakfast reciepe . If your alimentation is based on gluten free it will be a completely saturated dish for you.
