Oatmeal Chia Pudding


  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • ½ glass oatmeal
  • ¾ soy milk
  • cinnamon


Smash banana with a fork. Mix all the ingridients in a jar and store it in the refrigerator for a night.

In the morning you can serve it with fresh fruits, nuts, date syrup or pekmez to sweeten a bit. :)
