Immune Boosting Turmeric Squash Soup & Cashew Cream

For cold days


This is very fiery and sweat soup and it’s perfect for cold days. It contains the Queen of the Spices -turmenic- known for it’s antioxidant qualities.


1 tbsp coconut oil

1 onion chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped (optional)

200 gr. sweet patato, chopped

200 gr. carrots, chopped

500 gr. Pumpkin, squashed/chopped

2 tsp turmenic powder

1 tsp ginger

1000-1200 ml. Water


Het coconut oil and add the onion, stir for 5 minutes. Add the garlic & salt and keep on the low heat for few min. Add the turmenic and ginger powder. Next add all chopped vegetables. Give a quick stir and add the boiled water. Cook approx. For 15 min. Blend all. You can also prepare Cashew Cream and serve the soup with.


Cashew Cream

100 gr. pre-soaked cashews

50 ml. almond milk


Blend it all in a blender.
