Healthy Carrot Cake


3/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped date palm
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup cranberry or currant
1/2 cup oat
3/4 coarsely chopped almond
1 coffee spoon baking soda
1/2 coffee spoon cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 cup banana
4 table spoon coconut oil
3/4 cup banana pure
1/2 coffee spoon vanilla

First, whisk together almond, baking soda and cinnamon. In another mixing bowl beat eggs,
vanilla, banana and coconut oil together.
Pour it all on baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes.
