After we get to know each other better, using the Kaisen method, we will work on 5 habits. We will analyze and confront the difficulties you might encounter during this time together and we will implement a serie of physical exercise and breathing techniques created according to your needs.

  • What would you do with excess energy?
  • How would you feel completing the things you said were impossible?
  • Do you believe that it’s about time to get back the Life Force that you’ve been using wrong, creating space for anxiety, perfectionism and allowing attack and blame yourself?

The program consists of 6+1 (in total 7) weekly sessions of 45 minutes.

During the first meeting we’ll get to know each other and set your goals. During the next six sessions, we will discuss what sort of exercises you should do, while we will dive into each and every question or difficulty you might encounter. Of course, in between the sessions you will have the opportunity to contact me in case of an urgent matter.
