Chickpea Flour Pancakes



1 cup chickpea flour

1 cup water

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

3 spring onions and coriander or parsley

1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

1/2 cup peas or green beans


Add the flour, water, turmeric, salt, pepper and chili flakes to a bowl and give it a blend. Leave it to settle for a few minutes while you heat up the oil. Dice the veggies finely and add them to mixture. Add the mix and cook for about 3 minutes in a medium heat. You can divide the mixture in four part to have four pancakes.

You can serve it with yogurt, avocado or cream cheese. Yummy!
