Beetballs

  • 2 raw beets (grater)
  • 1 glass of boiled buckwheat or quinoa
  • 1 glass of sunflower seeds
  • ½ glass of sesame
  • 1 onion (finely minced)
  • ½ glass of breadcrumb
  • 3 tbs whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbs parsley
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • ¼ glass of oil
  • soy or salt, paprika, to taste

 

Mix all the ingridients without flour and squize them lightly to compact it.

Add flour and continue to squize.

Bake it 190C for 25-30min.
